Checking coolant temperature sender for heaterG241
Checking coolant temperature sender for heater -G241-
–  Remove heater unit -B4W- or -D4W-.
–  Remove heater control unit -J162-.
–  Pull connector housing off control unit.
   
–  Measure resistance between chamber 11 and chamber 12 at blue cables.
R = resistance in KΩ
t = temperature in oC
–  Please measure resistance at prevailing temperature.
Evaluation:
t  Defective > 2M Ω = open circuit
t  Defective < 50 Ω = short circuit
