Control unit identification
Depending on the date of manufacturer (programme version), a different identification could appear to that indicated in this example. Correspondence of the control unit: → Parts Catalogue.

Indicated on display:
–  Pressing the HELP key a list of possible causes can be printed.
–  Once the causes of the fault have been repaired, enter the new address code 02 again for “Gearbox electronics” and confirm entry with Q key.
If the display is again “The control unit does not respond”.

          Check the cable joints to the self-diagnosis connector:  → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations
