–  Determine the thickness of the shim according to the table. Correspondence: → Parts Catalogue.
In this example, two shims must be fitted with a thickness of 1.00 mm each.
–  Fit three spring guide crowns on pressure springs.
–  Fit the last 3mm thick outer disk.
   
–  Fit the corresponding shim or shims -a-.
–  Fit the retainer ring -b- on top of the shim or shims. The flat side should face the washer.
