Removing the driven sprocket
–  Place extractor -U-40100/1- on the driven sprocket.
–  Remove the sprocket.
  E39-0029
Removing the roller bearing from the driven sprocket
–  Place tool -U-40200/2- with side B facing downwards, on the driven sprocket.
–  Place extractor -U-40100/1- on tool -U-40200/2-.
–  Remove the bearing.
  Note!
If the bearing cage breaks on extraction, use tool -T20022- to remove the internal bearing ring.
  E39-0030
Fitting the roller bearing on the driven sprocket
–  Place the driven sprocket in a press, with tool -U-40200/18- on the bearing.
–  Activate the press until the gear is engaged.
  E39-0031
Fit the outer track of the roller bearing in the bearing housing
–  Put the bearing housing in a press.
–  Fit the outer roller bearing track with tools -U-40200/14- and -U-40200/10-.
–  Activate the press until the outer track of the roller bearing fits into the bearing housing.
