Engine must be cold.
–  Release the bolt securing the double clamp between catalytic converter and front silencer and replace the bolts.
   
–  Place the double clamp at -a- = 5 mm from the mark on the catalytic converter pipe (lower bolts horizontal) and slightly tighten the front screwed-in joint.

–  Insert the front silencer -1- into the double clamp until dimension -b- of 3 … 7 mm is obtained between suspension/bodywork and suspension/front silencer (The -arrow- indicates direction of travel).
–  In this position, tighten the double clamp bolts to 40 Nm.
–  After tightening the double clamp, check dimension -b- and correct if necessary.
–  Adjust rear silencer horizontally.
