1 - Front exhaust pipe with catalytic converter
2 - Markings for positioning the double clamp
q   Three times on the contour
3 - Double clamp
4 - Dimension “a”, approx. 5 mm
5 - Carriage bolt
6 - 40 Nm
7 - Centre silencer
q   As standard, the exhaust pipe and the rear silencer come as a single component. For repair, the exhaust pipe and the rear silencer are supplied individually, with a double clamp to join them together
q   Cut the exhaust pipe perpendicularly at the indicated point with tool -U-40075-
8 - Suspension element
9 - 25 Nm
10 - Suspension element
q   Renew if damaged
11 - Connecting piece
12 - 15 Nm
13 - 20 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°)
14 - Rear silencer
15 - Marking
q   Double clamp for repairs

  Note!
As standard, the central and rear silencers come as a single component. For repair, they must be replaced separately.
–  Cut exhaust pipe at right angles at separating point as indicated by the -arrow 2-. Use pliers -U-40075-.
On fitting the double clamp for repairs it must be correctly positioned -4- between the side markings -arrow 1- and -arrow 3- tightened to 40 Nm.
