| The cooling system is under pressure when the engine is hot. This pressure must be reduced before repairing. |

| The hose connections are fixed with strip clamps. In case of reparation, use only strip clamps. |

| For installing the strip clamps, pliers -T20029- are recommended. |
| Test the cooling system for leaks with tester -SAT 1274- and adaptors -V.A.G. 1274/3- and -V.A.G. 1274/4-. |
