Removing
–  Remove the sound proofing from the engine by pulling forcefully upwards -arrows- .
–  Remove upper notched belt guard.
–  Remove the crankshaft sump ventilation hose at the entry to the tube behind the supercharger air.
–  Unscrew the bolts on the cylinder head cover with the extralong arm for the 1/4 head -T20203- and remove it.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

If there is damage, replace the gasket and the cylinder head bolts.

–  Apply a drop of sealant →  Electronic spare parts catalogue (Ø approx. 5 mm) -arrows- to both sealing surface ends of the front bearing cover / cylinder head.

–  Apply a drop of sealant →  Electronic spare parts catalogue (Ø approx. 5 mm) -arrows- to both sealing surface ends of the rear bearing cover / cylinder head.
  A15-0521
–  Manually tighten the bolts for the cylinder head cover in the sequence -1 … 13- .
–  Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm in the following order -1 ...13- .
