Installing > < Renewing valve stem seals

Removing
Removing
(with cylinder head fitted)
–  Remove camshaft → Chapter.
–  Remove the bucket tappets and place them with the contact surface downwards. When doing this ensure that the tappets are not interchanged.
–  Remove spark plugs.
–  Set piston of appropriate cylinder to “bottom dead centre”.
   
–  Fit assembly tool -T20034B-.
–  Screw pressure hose -T20033- into the spark plug thread.
–  Connect pressure hose to a compressed air system or at least 6 bar.
–  Remove valve springs with lever -T20034B- and press piece -T20034B- Ø 35.

–  Pull off valve stem seals with -T20058-.
