1 - Sealing plug, 40 Nm
q   Replace
2 - Seal
q   Captive, threaded in → Item
3 - Spring
q   For pressure relief valve, approx. 4 bar
4 - Piston
q   For pressure relief valve, approx. 4 bar
5 - Gasket
q   Renew
6 - Non-return valve, 8 Nm
7 - Seal
q   Fit onto sealing cap shoulder → Item
8 - Sealing cap
9 - Retaining clip
10 - Sealing plug, 15 Nm
11 - Seal
q   If sealing ring is leaking nip open and replace
12 - 1.4 bar oil pressure switch -F1-, 25 Nm
q   Black
q   Checking → Chapter
13 - Seal
q   If sealing ring is leaking nip open and replace
14 - Oil filter bracket
15 - 15 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
q   Renew
16 - Gasket
q   Renew
q   Fit into groove on oil cooler
17 - Oil cooler
q   Ensure clearance to adjacent components
q   See note → Chapter
18 - 25 Nm
19 - Oil filter
q   Loosen using the -U-40078- tool or a universal extractor
q   Tighten by hand
q   Observe installation instructions on oil filter

   
Markings on oil dipstick
1 - Max. mark
2 - Min. mark
a - Area above hatched field up to max. mark: Do not top-up with engine oil!
b - Oil level within hatched field: can be topped-up with engine oil
c - Area from min. mark up to hatched field: Fill with max. 0.5 l of engine oil!
