Dismantling and assembling fuel rail: Engine codes APF, AUR
1 - Clip
q   Check for correct seating in the injector and fuel distributor
2 - Return line
q   Blue or blue mark
q   Immobilise with strip clamps
q   Check for firm seating
q   Goes to the fuel transport unit in the tank → Chapter
3 - Supply line
q   Black, with white mark
q   Immobilise with strip clamps
q   Check for firm seating
q   Comes from the fuel filter → Chapter
4 - Fuel distributor
5 - Clip
q   Check for correct seating in the injector and fuel distributor
6 - Injector (-N30-…-N33-)
q   Resistance 14,0 … 17,0 Ω (at ambient temperature)
q   After replacing, clear all self-adaptive values and re-adapt the engine control unit → Chapter
7 - O-ring
q   Replace
q   Lightly oil with clean motor oil before fitting
8 - O-ring
q   Replace if worn
9 - Vacuum hose
q   Goes to the upper part of intake manifold → Item
10 - Fuel pressure regulator
q   Testing → Chapter

   
Mark: stops for ring gasket foreseen on lower part of intake manifold -arrows-
If there are no stops -arrows- the ring gasket should be stuck to the lower part of the intake manifold with -D 000 801- adhesive and -D 000 802- hardener.
