Additional information and removal instructions for vehicles with air conditioner > < Supports for the engine drive unit
Align the supports set for the engine and the gearbox
   
Align the supports set for the engine and the gearbox
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Engine and gearbox attachment beam -U-30025-
t  Assembly sleeves -U-40501-
t  Pressure bolt and expansion nut -T20090-

Sequence for operations:
   
–  Put the Engine and gearbox attachment beam -U-30025- into place, attach onto the ring on the left of the cylinder head and pre-tighten the engine slightly.
–  Extract the attachment from the engine drive unit front support.
–  Remove the unit holder beam from the vehicle.

–  Lever up until removing the washers from the separation bushings (replace the damaged and/or bent washers).
–  Extract the separation bushings by pulling them and remove the rubber bearings.
–  Put in the new rubber bearings and insert the separation bushings.
–  Light push down the trimmings of the separation bushings until the washers can be put into place.

–  Put the rubber bearing into place (covered with soapy water) in the bushing -U-40501-, position the tools on the group holder beam exactly as shown in the Figure (take into account that the conical part of the expansion nut -T20090- must not come into contact with the bushing.) Tighten the nut -T20090- until the rubber bearing is set in its positions.

–  Put the washers into place -1- and put the nut -T20090- into place (with the conical part facing the washer). Tighten the nut until expanding the trimming for the separation bushings.
