| Remove pulley and the lower and upper toothed belt guards. |

| Loosen the camshaft sprocket (use holding tool -T20018 A-). |

| Release the tensioning roller and remove the toothed belt, rotate the crankshaft slightly toward the rear. |

| Remove camshaft sprocket. |

| Separate the lower toothed belt guard from the cylinder head. |
| –
| Remove cylinder head cover. |
| –
| Remove the ignition distributor, mark its position with respect to the bearing cap, and take into account when installing. |
