Removing
–  Removing right-hand insulation tray: → General body repairs - installation work, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
–  Mark direction of rotation of ribbed belt.
   
–  Use a spanner on the bolt securing the tensioning roller and move in the -direction of arrow-.
–  Remove the ribbed belt.
Fitting
–  First place ribbed belt onto crankshaft pulley. Lastly, slide belt onto the tensioning roller.
  Note!
On fitting ribbed belt, make sure it is correctly placed on the pulleys.
–  Install right-hand insulation tray: → General body repairs - installation work, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
