Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Support device -U-30025-
t  Assembly sleeves -U-40501-
t  Assembly pins -T20090-
t  Torque wrench -SAT 8010-

Work sequence
   
–  Assemble support device -U-30025-.
–  Hook support device into lifting eyes on left of cylinder head and take up weight of engine.

–  Remove front assembly mounting. Remove bolts -arrows- to do this.

–  Lever washers/shims off spacer sleeves with a pair of pliers (renew damaged and deformed washers/shims).
–  Pull spacer sleeves out and unclip rubber mounting.

–  Insert the new rubber mounting into assembly sleeve -U-40501- (moisten with a soapy solution first) and pull into the engine carrier using assembly pin -T20090-. The nut of the assembly pin -T20090- must be turned until the rubber mounting is positioned correctly.

–  Fit the washers/shims -1- and flange over the spacer sleeve using the conical side of nut from -T20090-.
