  Note
t  El sistema de aire de sobrealimentación debe estar hermético.
t  Los manguitos para tubos flexibles y el resto de tubos del sistema de aire de sobrealimentación deben estar exentos de aceite y grasa antes de su montaje.
t  Aplicar un lubricante para gomas exento de silicona y aceite en la superficie de estanqueidad y al anillo junta. No utilizar productos lubricantes que contengan silicona o aceite.
t  Sustituir los anillos junta si presentan daños.
t  Al sustituir el anillo junta, colocarlo en la ranura del tubo flexible de sobrealimentación y verificar que anillo junta asiente en todo el perímetro de la ranura para que no sufra daños.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue
t  To fix the supercharger hoses to their connection sleeves safely, if already used clamps are used again, the bolt threads must be sprayed using an anti-corrosion spray before assembly.
  Caution
The coupling seal may be damaged if the securing clip is blocked during fitting. This will cause leaking. Observe the assembly instructions.
Removing
   
–  Release the connection by pulling on the attachment clip -arrow-. Release the hose/pipe without tools.
Fitting
–  When replacing the seal, place the new seal in the slot of the supercharger air hose. Ensure that the seal is completely seated in the groove.
–  Lubricate the sealing surface and the seal.
–  Release the securing clip -1-.
–  Insert the supercharger air hose all the way into the coupling.

–  Block the securing clip -2- and then retighten the supercharger air hose.
–  Tug on the hose to ensure that it is correctly seated and the coupling correctly engaged.

Hose connections with flexible ring
  Note
After the removing and fitting of supercharger air hoses with spring-type clips, there is a risk that the hose will “come loose” while the car is moving. Because of this, elastic rings are fitted that should only open in case of a fault in the corresponding supercharger air hose. In case of repair, the supercharger air hose must be possibly removed, and the elastic ring, broken with an appropriate tool and by replacing it for a component according to → ETKA (spare parts electronic catalogue).
