| Tighten the oil supply pipe -2- to 30 Nm and the mounting to the cylinder block to 10 Nm. |

| Assemble the coolant return pipe -1- with the spacer bush and tighten to 35 Nm. |

| Assemble the exhaust manifold and tighten the new bolts to 25 Nm. |
–
| Bolt the turbocompressor to the exhaust manifold to 40 Nm. |
Assembly is carried out in reverse order. When assembling, the following must be taken into account: |

| Secure the hose connections with original clamps. |
t
| The couplings and air hoses of the supercharging system must be free from oil and grease before assembling. |
t
| Always replace gaskets and self-locking nuts. |
t
| After fitting the turbocharger, allow the engine to run at idle for 1 min to ensure turbocharger oil supply. |

| Fit the supercharger air system hoses and observe the assembly instructions → Chapter |

| On reconnecting battery, remember to activate vehicle equipment (radio/radio navigation system, clock, electric window lifters) in line with → Owner's manual. |

| After fitting the turbocharger, the engine should be left idling for approx. 1 minute to ensure the oil supply to the turbocharger. |
