Removal

–	First check whether the valve seat insert rings and if necessary the cylinder head sealing surface can be reworked. If this is not the case then the valve guide should not be replaced.

First adjust base -T20037-, as indicated:

–	Insert the angular supports corresponding to the angle of the valve -T20037/21-,5 ∠°.

–	Press the worn valve guides out with tool -T20035- from the camshaft side.

Note!

If repair version guides are already fitted in the cylinder head, these must be pressed out from the combustion chamber side.
