| First remove main toothed belt → Chapter, Toothed belt: removing, installing and tensioning. |

| Remove roller rocker finger together with support elements and place on a clean surface. |
| –
| Ensure the roller rocker fingers and the support elements are not interchanged. |

| Remove spark plugs with tool -T20028-. |
| –
| Set piston of appropriate cylinder to “bottom dead centre”. |
| –
| Assembly tool -T20034B- with pressure element -T20034B/27-. |
| –
| Screw pressure hose -T20033- into the spark plug thread. |
