t  Hose clamp -3176-, see equivalent → Anchor

–7-speed dual clutch gearbox DSG: The needle bearing must be replaced each time the engine or gearbox is replaced.
Puller -T10055A- with adapter -T10055/3-.

Operation process
l  Gearbox is separated from engine
Pulling needle bearing out:
  N30-10199
–  Pull out using commercially available puller -A-, e.g. KUKKO 21/2 and KUKKO 22/1.
  N13-10327
Installation
–  Insert the needle bearing with the drift -VW 207C- or the centring drift -3176-.
–  Carefully drive needle bearing in.
–  Always measure the driving depth when driving in.
Renew bearing, if driving depth is too deep.

l  Installation depth: Dimension -a- = 1.5 to 1.8 mm.
