When working on the fuel system note the following warnings: |

| Wrap a clean cloth around the connection before opening the fuel system. Then release pressure by carefully loosening the connection. |

WARNING Hot steam/hot coolant can escape - risk of scalding. |

| The cooling system is under pressure when the engine is hot. |

| Cover filler cap on expansion tank with a cloth and open carefully to release pressure. |

Observe the following precautions if test equipment has to be used when road-testing the vehicle. |
WARNING Accidents can be caused if the driver is distracted by test equipment or if test equipment is not secured. |
