Vehicles without fuel cooler at underbody
   
1 - Supply line
q   Check for secure seating.
q   To tandem pump → Item.
q   White or with white marking.
2 - Return line
q   Check for secure seating.
q   From heat exchanger for fuel cooler, connection: radiator outlet → Item
q   Blue or with blue marking
3 - O-ring
q   Renew.
4 - Regulating valve
q   Installation position: arrow points towards fuel tank
q   When changing filter, remove retaining clip and take off regulating valve with fuel lines still attached.
q   Below + 15 °C: passageway to filter open
q   Over + 31 °C: passageway to filter closed
5 - Securing clip
q   Check for secure seating.
6 - Return line
q   To fuel tank
q   Clipped onto bulkhead
q   Blue or with blue marking
q   Check for secure seating.
7 - Supply line
q   From fuel tank
q   Clipped onto bulkhead
q   White or with white marking.
q   Check for secure seating.
8 - Fuel filter
q   Fill with diesel before installing
q   Flow direction is marked by arrows
q   Do not interchange connections.
q   Renew if damaged
9 - Gasket
q   Renew if damaged
10 - Water drain screw
q   To bleed remove regulating valve securing clip and remove regulating valve complete with connected fuel lines.
q   Loosen and allow approx. 100 cm3 fluid to drain
