  WARNING
When opening the expansion tank, extremely hot vapour may be released; cover the cap with a cloth and open carefully.
  Note
t  When the engine is hot the cooling system is under pressure. If necessary, relieve pressure before commencing repair work.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
t  The use of a hose clip pliers -VAS 6499- is recommended for fitting spring-type hose clips.
t  Renew gaskets and seals.
t  The arrow markings on the coolant pipes and on the ends of the hoses must be aligned with each other.
