  Note
t  The connection element on the primary exhaust tube should not be bent more that 10 º, otherwise it may be damaged.
t  After completing work on the exhaust system ensure that it is tension-free and remains at a sufficient distance from the bodywork. If necessary, loosen the double and securing clamps and position the silencer and exhaust tube in such a way that there is sufficient distance from the body and the supports are evenly loaded → Chapter.
t  Exhaust manifold: removing and fitting → Chapter
t  Renew self-locking nuts.
