Removing and installing the 4/2 way valve with thermostat
Removing and installing the 4/2 way valve with thermostat
Removal:
  Note
The thermostat is integrated in the f4/2 way valve and cannot be renewed on its own.
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the alternator → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
–  Remove throttle valve module -J338- → Chapter.

–  Separate the coolant hoses from the connecting supports -A, B and D-.
–  Remove bolt -2-.
–  Remove bolts -1-.
–  Remove the valve from the cylinder head; undo the connection -C- of the coolant hose to the left.
Installation
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:

Renew O-ring.
–  Install throttle valve module -J338- → Chapter.
–  Remove the alternator → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27.
