Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Hose clamp -3067-, see equivalent → Anchor
Removing
  Caution
To prevent damage to the dual-mass flywheel when removing, the bolts -B- must not be removed with an impact wrench or similar. The bolts should only be removed by hand.

–  Rotate the dual-mass flywheel -A- so that bolts-B- are aligned with the holes -arrows-.
–  When unscrewing the bolts -B-, ensure that the head of the bolt does not rest on the dual-mass flywheel -arrows-, as it would get damaged when turning.

–  Insert the counterhold -3067- into the hole in the engine block-B-.
–  Mark dual-mass flywheel with respect to engine.
–  Unscrew dual-mass flywheel.
Installing
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Secure with new bolts.

–  Insert the counterhold -3067- into the hole in the engine block-A-.
Specified torque .
  A13-0051

Flywheel to crankshaft60 + 90° → Remark

1)  90º is equivalent to a quarter turn
