Removing and fitting air filter → Chapter
   
1 - 3 Nm
  Note
t  To attach the upper body of the air filter housing onto the lower one and the suction inlet, use a set of self threading screws. If these screws are loosened or tightened with a screwdriver, the thread of the upper body of the air filter may be damaged.
t  For this reason a power tool can only be used when:
t  Maximum speed of power tool: 200/min
t  Tightening torque is set to a maximum of 3 Nm.
2 - Air filter housing (upper section)
3 - Oil seal
4 - Non-return valve
5 - Flexible tube
q   Goes to the camshaft housing
6 - Suction line
q   with air intake hose
7 - Spring-type clip
q   Remove and fit with the hose clip pliers -VAS 6340- or the spring-type clip pliers -VAS 5024A-
8 - Oil seal
9 - Rubber nozzle
10 - Air filter housing (lower section)
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
11 - Filter element
