Assembly overview - air filter

Removing and installing air filter → Chapter.

1.6 Nm

2 -	Air filter upper part

3 -	Vacuum hose

Caution

To avoid damage to the connection and vacuum hose, do not use sharp-edged tools to remove the hose.

q	Renew if damaged.

q	Coming from the camshaft housing

4 -	Spring-type clip

q	Remove and install using spring-type clip pliers -VAS 5024A-.

5 -	Suction line

Cover

7 -	Intake air duct

8 -	Bottom part of air cleaner

q	With captive securing bolt.

q	Specified torque: 8 Nm

q	With intake connection

9 -	Water drain connection

q	When installing, arrows on lower part of air filter and water drain union must align.
