1 - Double clamp
q   Fitting position → Fig.
2 - Nut and bolt - 40 Nm
3 - Mounting
q   With securing ring
q   Replace if damaged
4 - Nut, 25 Nm
5 - Mounting
q   With securing ring
q   Replace if damaged
6 - Separating point → Note
7 - Pre-silencer and post-silencer → Note
q   Fit without strain → Chapter
1)  As standard, the front and rear silencers are a single component. When repairing, the front and rear silencers are supplied individually with a double clamp to connect together.
Cut the connecting tube perpendicularly at the separating point → Item using the cutting chain -U 40075/1- → Fig.

Separating point on exhaust pipe
–  Cut the exhaust pipe perpendicularly at the separating point indicated by -arrow 2- using the cutting chain -U 40075/1-.
–  When installing the double repair clamp-4-, place it between side markings arrows-1- and -3-. Torque values: 40 Nm.
