| For work on the fuel supply system, the following “5 rules” must be observed: |

| Thoroughly clean connections and surrounding area before releasing them. |
| t
| Place removed parts on a clean surface and cover. Do not use fluffy cloths! |
| t
| Carefully cover or seal open components if repairs cannot be carried out immediately. |

| Remove parts from their packaging immediately before installing them. |
| –
| Do not use parts that have been stored loose (e.g. in tool boxes etc.). |
| t
| When the system is open: |
| –
| Do not use compressed air unless absolutely necessary. |
| –
| Do not move vehicle unless absolutely necessary. |
