Assembly mountings

Torque settings

(Bolts oiled)

Assembly mounting, right:

A = 55 Nm B = 60 Nm

Vehicles with engine code AJH

Assembly mounting, left on vehicles with manual gearbox:

A = 55 Nm

B = 110 Nm

C = 100 Nm

D = 20 Nm

Assembly mounting, left on vehicles with automatic gearbox:

A = 55 Nm

B = 110 Nm

C = 60 Nm

Vehicles with engine code AWC

Assembly mounting, left:

A = 60 Nm + ¹/₄ turn(90 °) further → Note

B = 90 Nm + ¹/₄ turn (90 °) further → Note

C = 50 Nm + ¹/₄ turn (90 °) → Note

D = 25 Nm

¹⁾	Renew securing bolts/nuts

Note

All threaded holes where self-locking bolts are fitted must be cleaned of locking material residues using a thread tap.
