1 - Suspension
q   If this is damaged, replace it
2 - Mounting
q   If this is damaged, replace it

5 - Front clamp
q   Align exhaust system so it is free of stress before fixing it
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
6 - Suspension
q   If this is damaged, replace it
7 - Mounting
q   If this is damaged, replace it

9 - Bracket
q   If this is damaged, replace it
10 - 23 Nm
11 - Bracket
q   For particle filter
12 - 23 Nm

14 - Securing clip - 7 Nm
q   Replace.

q   Replace.

q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Following replacement of the particle filter, the “guided functions” → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051 must be adapted.

q   If this is damaged, replace it

22 - Rear silencer
q   Align exhaust system without tension → Chapter
23 - Suspension
q   If this is damaged, replace it
24 - Bracket
q   If this is damaged, replace it
25 - 23 Nm

   
Installation position of front double clamp
–  Place a double clamp -a- = 5 mm from the mark on the front exhaust section with the particle filter.
