Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Tightening torque -VAG 1331-, see equivalent → Anchor

t  Articulated wrench e/c 10 -3220-, see equivalent → Anchor

Removing
–  Switch off ignition.
–  Detach the outer -1- and inner -2- engine covers by pulling them evenly upwards.

–  Unplug electrical connectors -arrows- on glow plugs.
–  Remove the glow plugs with articulated wrench -3220-.
Installing
Fit in reverse order from removal, remembering the following:
–  Fit the glow plugs using articulated wrench -3220- and tighten them to a torque of 15 Nm.
