  Note!
Progressive insertion of the PTFE seals (characteristics: no retaining spring, larger sealing lip). The sealing lip of these seals cannot be oiled or greased. A radial bearing seal for the axles of the type used previously (retaining spring) may be replaced by a PTFE seal, but not vice versa.
–  Fit the seal cover carrier without the seal and attach it. Tightening torque: 25 Nm
–  Lightly oil the lip of the fitting and the outer edge of the seal (only if it is radial).
   
–  Connect the seal to the guide sleeve of the -T20081B/4- tool and fit the ensemble to the intermediate shaft.
–  Insert the seal using the guide sleeve -T20081B/1- until the limit by using the centre bolt.

–  Fit the intermediate shaft pulley, attach it using the -T20018A- tool and secure with the bolt -arrow-. Tightening torque: 45 Nm
–  Fit the notched belt and adjust the distribution time → Chapter.
–  Fit the Poly-V ribbed belt → Chapter.
