1 - 6 Nm + 1/4 turn (90o)
q   Replace
q   Bear in mind the fitting instructions and loosening and tightening order → Chapter
2 - Protective hood
3 - Sleeve
q   Replace if worn
4 - Plug
q   Replace the gasket if worn
5 - Cylinder head cover
q   Sealing surfaces may not be re-cut
q   With camshaft bearings incorporated
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Eliminate all sealant residues
q   Coat with -AMW 154 103- before positioning
q   Fit vertically from above in the equidistant cylinder head holes with the adjustment bushings
6 - Hose
q   Goes to the air filter
7 - Fixing clip
q   With support
q   For hose → Item
8 - 10 Nm
9 - Support
q   For wiring harness
10 - Pin
11 - Camshaft
q   Test the axial play → Fig.
q   Identification and distribution timing → Fig.
q   Lubricate the slip surfaces
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
12 - 20 Nm
13 - Cylinder head bolt
q   Replace
q   Bear in mind the fitting instructions and loosening and tightening order → Chapter
14 - Suspension ring
15 - Cylinder head
q   Check for deformation → Fig.
q   After replacing, drain coolant completely and refill
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Camshaft side sealing surfaces may not be re-cut
16 - Floating rocker arm
q   Check that the roller bearings turn smoothly
q   Lubricate the slip surface
q   To fit, clip it with the safety clip on the support element
17 - Safety clip
18 - Support element
q   Do not swap
q   With hydraulic compensation of the valve play
q   Before fitting check the axial play of the camshaft → Fig.
q   Lubricate the slip surface
19 - Cylinder head gasket
q   Metal gasket
q   Replace
q   After replacing, drain coolant completely and refill
20 - Seal
q   Lightly lubricate the sealing lip of the seal
q   Replace → Chapter

   
Check the cylinder head for deformation
Maximum admissible deformation: 0.05 mm
