| Checking exhaust system for leaks |

| Start engine and run at idling speed. |

| Plug tailpipes for duration of leak test (e.g. with cloths or plugs). |

| Listen for leaks at connection points between cylinder head/exhaust manifold, exhaust manifold/intermediate pipe and turbocharger/intermediate flange etc. |

| Fix the leaks that are determined. |
