A leaking fuel system can cause:
t  Foam build-up or air bubbles in the supply pipe.
t  Lack of power, misfiring.
t  Difficulties in starting
Checking fuel tank system and fuel lines for leaks
–  Check whether the seals on the flanges are damaged and whether the union nuts on the fuel tank flanges are properly tightened.
–  Perform a visual check on all fuel lines, fuel tank components and hose connections:
t  Fuel lines to engine.
t  Fuel lines to fuel tank
t  Fuel cooler
t  Fuel filter:
t  Fuel tank
