Operation process
  Note
t  Replacement radiator fan control units and radiator fan motors are supplied without connectors.
t  Repairs to the wiring harnesses and the connectors should only be performed using the Wiring harness repair set -VAS 1978B-.
Detailed instructions for using wiring harness repair set -VAS 1978B- are given in the manual supplied with the repair set.
The manual also gives examples showing how to repair open circuits in wiring and defective plug connectors.
