Removing and fitting the air filter housing → Chapter
   
1 - 3 Nm
  Note
t  To attach the upper body of the air filter housing onto the lower one and the suction inlet, use a set of self tapping screws. If these screws are loosened or tightened with a screwdriver, the thread of the upper element of the air filter may be damaged.
t  For this reason a power tool can only be used when:
t  The power tool maximum speed is 200 rpm.
t  Tightening torque is set to a maximum of 3 Nm.
2 - Air filter housing (upper section)
3 - Seal
4 - Non-return valve
5 - Flexible hose
q   Goes to the camshaft housing
6 - Suction line
q   With intake silencer
7 - Hose clip (spring-type clip)
q   Removing and installing with the pliers -VAS 6340-
8 - Seal
9 - Rubber grommet
10 - Air filter housing (lower section)
q   removing and installing → Chapter
11 - Filter element
