  Note
When the oil drain adaptor -T40057- is screwed in, a valve in the oil filter housing is opened. When removing the oil drain adaptor -T40057-, the valve closes again.
Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required

–  Remove the dustcap from the oil filter housing -arrow-.
  N17-10033
–  Lead the hose from the oil drain adaptor -T40057- to an oil collector tray, and screw the drain adaptor -T40057- onto the oil filter housing.
–  Drain the engine oil.
