1 - 40 Nm
q   Replace.
q   Lubricate studs of exhaust manifold with high-temperature lubricant.
2 - Catalytic converter with primary exhaust pipe
q   Protect from damage by knocks and impact
q   With flexible connection (de-coupling element)
q   Do not bend flexible connection more than 10°. It may be damaged
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Fit and align exhaust system free of stress → Chapter.
3 - Lambda probe after catalytic converter -G130- - 55 Nm
q   Apply high-temperature lubricant to thread only. The fluid must not get into the slots on the probe body
4 - Mounting
q   Replace if damaged
5 - 25 Nm
6 - Secondary silencer
q   Factory Silencer executed with center as a component. In case of repair individually replaceable
q   Fit and align exhaust system free of stress → Chapter.
q   Remove the exhaust system → Chapter
7 - Suspension
q   Replace if damaged
8 - 25 Nm
9 - Rear clamp
q   For separate replacement of centre and rear silencers
q   installation position → Fig.
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
10 - Middle silencer
q   Factory Silencer executed with center as a component. In case of repair individually replaceable
q   Fit and align exhaust system free of stress → Chapter.
q   Remove the exhaust system → Chapter
11 - 25 Nm
12 - Front clamp
q   Align exhaust system so it is free of stress before tightening clamp → Chapter
q   installation position → Fig.
q   Tighten bolted connections evenly.
13 - 25 Nm
14 - Exhaust system bracket
15 - Suspension
16 - Shutter
q   Replace.
17 - Lambda probe -G39- 55 Nm
q   Apply high-temperature lubricant to thread only. The fluid must not get into the slots on the probe body

   
Installation position of the front clamp
–  Install the clamp so that the bolt end does not project over the clamp lower edge.
l  Bolted connection must point to the right.

Installation position of the rear clamp
–  Install the clamp so that the bolt end does not project over the clamp lower edge.
l  Screw thread must face rear
