  Note
On screwing-in the oil drain adaptor -T40057- a valve is opened in the oil filter housing. When screwing off the oil drain adaptor -T40057- the valve closes again.
Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required

–  Remove the dustcap from the oil filter housing -arrow-.
  N17-10033
–  Place the hose of the oil drain adaptor -T40057- in an oil collection tray and screw into the oil drain adaptor -T40057- in the oil filter housing.
–  Drain engine oil.
