  N13-10385
–  Remove locking bolt -arrow- on the crankshaft sump.
  Note
t  The securing bolt prevents the crankshaft from turning while tightening the tightening torque.
t  The tightening torque could not be correct because of this.
–  Tighten the securing screw -T10340- until the end point in the crankshaft sump.
  Caution
If the locking bolt -T10340- cannot be screwed until the end point, the crankshaft is not in the right position.
In this case, proceed as follows:
–  Remove the locking pin.
–  Turn the crankshaft by a 1/4 90° rotation in the direction of the operation of the engine.
–  Tighten the securing screw -T10340- until the end point in the crankshaft sump.
–  Tighten the securing bolts securing bolts -T10340- to 30 Nm.
–  Turn the crankshaft to the end point in the direction of the operation of the engine.
  N13-10383
Use the securing screw -T10340- to immobilise the crankshaft in the direction of operation of the engine.
  Caution
To tighten the securing bolt, use the counterholder -3415- to prevent any damages to the securing bolt.
Tightening torque: 150 Nm and then turn 180° further
Immobilise the pulley using the retention tool -3415-.
  N13-10384
–  Undo the fastening bolt -T10340- of the crankshaft sump.
–  Screw the locking bolt in the crankshaft sump.
  N13-10384
Tightening torque: 30 Nm
  N13-10383
–  Assemble the retainer of the coolant hose -2- and tighten the bolts -1-.
Tightening torque
Bolt M6 = 10 Nm
M8 bolt = 20 Nm
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
