WARNING The injection system is in a high pressure system (max. approx. 120 bar) and a low pressure system (approx. 6 bar). |
The fuel pressure in the high-pressure section must be reduced to a residual pressure of 6 bar prior to opening the high-pressure system. The procedure to do so is described below. |

WARNING The fuel piping is exposed to fuel pressure. Wear safety goggles and appropriate clothing to avoid injury and contact with skin. Before opening the high-pressure system, place a cloth around the connection. |

| Place a clean cloth around the line connection, and open it carefully to eliminate the residual pressure of approx. 6 bar. Any spilt fuel must be cleaned up. |

| Once the work has been completed, consult the fault memory and erase all faults in memory due to disconnecting the connector. |
