Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:

Always replace gaskets and oil seals.

Tightening torques

t	-1 - 15 Nm

t	-2- 9 ± 1 Nm

t	Gas line to vaporiser 15 Nm

Tightening torques

t	-1- 9 ± 1 Nm

t	-4- 8 ± 1 Nm

–	Check gas hose unions for leaks using gas leak detector for natural-gas-powered vehicles -VAS 6227-.

–	Check and replenish coolant as necessary.
