Cylinder head: Removing and installing
  Note
t  For engine codes CCSA, CMXA , the material of the cylinder head and valves rings should be adapted for improved resistance against corrosion and wear of the Flex Fuel (E85).
t  Renew cylinder head bolts.
t  On assembling, replace self-locking nuts, bolts subject to goniometric tightening, as well as o-rings and gaskets.
t  When fitting a new cylinder head, the contact surfaces of the support elements must be oiled as well as the roller rocker fingers and the cam tracks of the camshafts before fitting the cylinder head cover.
t  The plastic protectors fitted to protect the open valves must only be removed immediately before fitting the cylinder head.
t  When fitting a new cylinder head or cylinder head gasket, all the coolant must be drained again.
t  Cylinder heads which have cracks between the valve seats or between valve seat inserts and the spark plug thread can be used further without reducing service life, provided the cracks do not exceed a maximum of 0.3 mm in width, or when no more than the first 4 turns of the spark plug threads are cracked.
t  The cylinder head and the frame can only be replaced together.
