| When working on the fuel supply/injection system, pay careful attention to the following „6 rules“: |

| Thoroughly clean all joints and connections and the surrounding areas before dismantling. |
| t
| Place parts that have been removed on a clean base and cover them over. Do not use rags that shed fibres! |
| t
| Carefully cover or seal open components if repairs cannot be carried out immediately. |
| t
| Only fit clean components: Only take spares out of their packaging just before assembly. Do not use parts that have been stored loose (e.g. in tool boxes etc.). |
| t
| If the system is open, do not work with compressed air if this can be avoided. Do not move the vehicle unless absolutely necessary. |
| t
| Protect separate connectors from dirt and humidity. Only connect if they are dry. |
