Removing and installing oil pressure switch for reduced oil pressureF378 (brown)

Removing and installing oil pressure switch for reduced oil pressure -F378- (brown)

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	24 mm jointed spanner -T40175-

Removing:

Note

Place a cloth underneath bracket for ancillaries to catch any escaping oil.

–	Unplug electrical connector -2- at oil pressure switch for reduced oil pressure -F378-.

–	Unscrew oil pressure switch for reduced oil pressure -F378--1-.

Installing:

l	Tightening torque → Chapter

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; noting the following in the process:

t	Renew seal.

t	Fit the new oil pressure switch into the connection immediately to avoid loss of oil.

t	Check oil level .
