Installing
–  Remove oil residue from crankshaft journal using clean cloth.
   
–  Place guide sleeve -T10053/1- onto crankshaft journal.
–  Slide the dry seal onto the guide sleeve up to the crankshaft journal.

–  Press the guide sleeve -T10053- and the bolt -T10053/2- (M16 x 1.5 x 60) as far as it will go.

–  Fit the crankshaft notched belt wheel, locking it using the crankshaft retention tool -3415-.
  Note
t  There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and the crankshaft
t  Replace the central bolt.
t  The thread and collar must be free of oil and grease.
–  Tighten the new fixing bolt to a tightening torque: 90 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn). Turning further can be done in several stages.
Further assembly is basically the reverse of the dismantling sequence.
