Exhaust system: install free of tension
l  The exhaust system must be installed cold.
–  Loosen the bolts of the front clamp → Item.
   
–  Move the exhaust system forwards until the tension on the support tie on the secondary silencer, measurement -dimension a-, is 5 ... 11 mm.

–  Install the clamp so that the bolt end does not project over the clamp lower edge -arrow-.
l  Bolt connection faces to right.
–  Tighten the bolts on the clamp evenly to 25 Nm.
